The Ocean Pines Yacht Club will kick off its seasonal reopening with St. Patrick's Day food and drink specials beginning Friday, March 12 at noon and lasting throughout the weekend.
Traditional Irish favorites on the menu include:
Reuben $14 - Corned beef, kraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on rye
Bangers & Mash $14 - Sausage with onion gravy over mashed potatoes and peas
Shepherds Pie $14 - Lamb, carrots, onion, celery, peas and turnips cooked in a Guinness demi and topped with Irish cheddar mashed potatoes
Traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage $14
Drink specials for the weekend include $4 Guinness, $5 Leprechaun Crushes, $6 Car Bombs and $6 Irish Crushes.
The Yacht Club will open at 11 am March 13-14 and Thursday-Sunday at 11 a.m. thereafter.
A job fair will also be held at the Yacht Club on Saturday, April 3 from 2-4p.m. in the service bar area. The restaurant is hiring for all positions.
With the reopening of the Yacht Club, The Clubhouse Bar and Grille will return to its regular hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Thursday through Sunday. It will be open for breakfast and lunch inside as well as outside on the heated, covered patio.
