Summer is just around the corner, and the Ocean Pines Yacht Club is greeting the season with a brand-new menu featuring items inspired by its coastal location.
Highlights from the menu, currently available only for carryout and delivery, include a blend of old favorites and new creations:
Crab Cobb Salad with fresh local crab, sweet corn, shredded romaine, shaved asparagus, avocado, pico de gallo, crumbled bacon, cilantro line vinaigrette and crispy tortillas
Wedge Salad with iceberg lettuce, dried cranberries, bacon, pecans, blue cheese crumbles, cherry tomatoes, fried onions and blue cheese dressing
Fried Green Tomatoes, flash fried with crab remoulade served on top of baby arugula
Conch Fritters with Caribbean spiced remoulade
Korean Short Ribs, peanut butter whiskey-infused with Asian slaw and soy glaze
Lobster Roll Sandwich, Maryland style, served hot with butter and Old Bay and topped with asparagus and corn relish
Breakfast Burger with American cheese, bacon and a fried egg served with house-made chips
Steak and Cheese Flatbread with shaved ribeye, caramelized onions, portabello mushrooms, boursin and gorganzola cheese with baby arugula
Summer Boil Basket with steamed middle neck clams, mussels, shrimp, corn, potatoes, andouille sausage, white wine broth and garnished with a baguette
Buffalo Ribeye, 12 oz. glazed with house-made Buffalo sauce and served with scratch-made blue cheese Mac & cheese and green beans
Caribbean Chicken, a house-smoked 1/2 chicken with Caribbean glaze BBQ served with red beans and rice with asparagus
Cauliflower Steak, pan-seared and pesto-rubbed with sauteed spinach and crimini mushrooms over an oven-roasted tomato sauce
Carryout and delivery are available Wednesday-Sunday, 4-8 p.m. Orders may be placed online at http://toasttab.com/ocean-pines-yacht-club or by calling 410-641-7501. Delivery is free (Ocean Pines addresses only), and tips received will be shared with hourly staff who have been unable to work.
Weekly family meals, which feed up to four people for $40, are also available currently available.
