The Ocean Pines Yacht Club is greeting the fall season with a new menu and new lunch specials on Oct. 1, as well as the return of an old favorite, trivia, on Oct. 8.
The new fall menu features cool weather classics, such as "Not Your Mama's Meatloaf" and crispy Brussels sprouts, as well as new and innovative dishes such as Asian-inspired steamed buns.
New menu items include :
Grouper Tacos Three tacos with fried grouper, Asian slaw, kimchi, pickled carrots and cucumber, avocado and sriracha aioli.
Crispy Tofu Served with coconut curry broth, Thai mint cucumber, vegetables and soba noodles.
Peri Peri Chicken Marinated and smoked half chicken with sweet potato and honey roasted vegetable hash.
Baked Brie Salad Served with fresh berries, cashews, mixed greens and champagne vinaigrette.
Crab Cake A jumbo lump crab cake served with Old Bay cheddar mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and red pepper coulis.
New York Strip Served with Cipollini onions and cremini mushrooms over broccolini and fingerling potatoes with sun dried tomato Bordelaise sauce.
Grilled Apple and Pear Salad Featuring candied pecans, red onions, grapes and Gorgonzola cheese with raspberry vinaigrette.
Chicken Cheesesteak Chopped chicken, mushrooms, onions, peppers and provolone cheese.
Rachel Sandwich Smoked turkey, coleslaw, Swiss cheese and 1000 Island dressing on wheatberry bread.
Cajun Seafood Pasta Shrimp, crab and scallops sauteed with peppers, onions and asparagus in a Cajun cream sauce over penne.
Duck Wings Tossed in Adobo sauce with sriracha ranch.
Steamed Buns Pork belly, pickled cucumber and carrots with Hoisin sauce.
Sonoran Dog A hot dog wrapped in bacon and served with cheddar and jack cheeses, mayo, pico de gallo and pickled jalapenos.

Additionally, the Ocean Pines Yacht Club will bring back lunch specials, offered every Thursday-Sunday beginning Oct. 1.
Specials include 1/2-price burgers on Thursdays, 1/2-price flatbreads on Fridays, $7.99 specialty grilled cheese sandwiches on Saturdays and 1/2-price sandwiches on Sundays.
Trivia nights with DJ Bigler return on Thursdays beginning Oct. 8 from 6-8 p.m. Reservations for trivia may be made by calling 410-641-7501.
The Yacht Club is currently open Thursday-Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. It is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
