The Ocean Pines Yacht Club's new summer menu is a study in using the best seasonal ingredients in fresh, innovative ways. It includes delicious new dishes as well as favorite summer classics.
Here's just a sample of what you'll find :
New Summer 2020 Items
Buffalo Ribeye
12oz. grilled ribeye glazed with
house made buffalo sauce.
Served with scratch made blue cheese mac & cheese and green beans.
Chipotle Whiskey Brisket
House smoked brisket seared with Gouda mashed potatoes and green beans.
Cauliflower Steak
Pan-seared and pesto-rubbed with sauteed spinach and crimini mushrooms over an oven-roasted tomato sauce.
Summer Classics
Crab Cobb Salad
Fresh local crab, sweet corn, shredded romaine, shaved asparagus, avocado, pico de gallo, crumbled bacon, cilantro line vinaigrette and crispy tortillas.
Brie & Bacon Oysters
Baked with triple cream baked brie cheese, crispy bacon and balsamic glaze.
Summer Boil Basket
Steamed middle neck clams, mussels, shrimp, corn, potatoes, andouille sausage and white wine broth. Garnished with a baguette.

UPDATE: The summer menu is now available for outdoor dining! We will begin serving guests on our outdoor patio beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 29 and daily starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 30. Reservations are not being taken at this time.
