The quintessential Las Vegas experience comes to the Ocean Pines Yacht Club with dinner and a soulful performance by Bryan Clark on Sunday, February 17. Doors for this special event will open to the public at 5:30 p.m.
The dynamic and electrifying Clark, joined by percussionist Alan Dale, will recreate the "great days and legendary nights" of Vegas with a vocal tribute to some of music's greatest entertainers.
An elegant dinner, crafted by the Yacht Club's culinary team, will begin at 6 p.m. before the show at 7 p.m.
The menu will begin with an appetizer sampler including coconut shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops and tenderloin crostini. A baby spinach salad with smoky bacon bits, garlic croutons, sweet red onion and a warm bacon vinaigrette will also be served.
Tantalizing entree choices from land and sea will follow. Selections include:
Seafood Pappardelle Sauteed Gulf shrimp, seared sea scallops, crab meat, blush cream sauce and garlic toast point
NY Strip Imperial House-butchered strip with creamy crab imperial crust served with crispy Brussels sprouts, tri-colored honey carrots and roasted garlic fingerling potatoes
Pan-Seared Garlic Chicken Seasoned and seared chicken breast with roasted garlic cloves and a light white wine broth served with crispy Brussels sprouts, tri-colored honey carrots and roasted garlic fingerling potatoes
Asian Sesame Salmon Sesame seed-encrusted fresh Atlantic salmon with an Asian soy ginger glaze served with crispy Brussels sprouts, tri-colored honey carrots and roasted garlic fingerling potatoes
The meal will be capped off with a martini of chocolate, white chocolate and raspberry mousse layered and topped with fresh house vanilla bean cream.
Those looking for libations to enjoy before, with and after their meal will be able to take advantage of Happy Hour bar prices all night long.
The price for dinner and show is $60 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. A non-dinner cover charge for the performance only is $10.
