Piemonte is a region shaped by mountains and morning fog, by slow food philosophy and centuries-old winemaking. It is the birthplace of Barolo and Barbaresco, of luxurious tajarin and velvety risotto, of porcini, hazelnuts, and dishes meant to be savored slowly.
